In the early hours of Friday August 18, 2023, Dispatcher Gendron answered a call where the calling party had found a female outside unresponsive and not breathing. Dispatcher Gendron provided CPR instructions to the caller and stayed on the line with them until responders arrived on scene. When EMS arrived on scene the patient found a pulse and transported the patient to the hospital. The patient has been discharged neurologically intact after making a full recovery!
