On August 4th, 2021, Dispatcher Jennifer Hill assisted a caller on a non-emergency line in the delivery of a baby girl in Bolton, MA. The caller was the grandmother of the baby and both mom and baby were doing well when ALS arrived. Outstanding work by everyone on shift including Supervisor Jessica Fellows and Dispatcher Brian O’Neill for their role in this rare and fantastic call!
